工作职责：

1. Develop test plans for CP/FT testing and characterization；
2. Implement test programs including test hardware design, test pattern conversion, test methods construction or improvement , etc.；
3. Interface with test equipment vendor/test house on test program implementation and troubleshooting production test issues；
4. Analyze test results and work with designers and product engineers on qualification and characterization reports；
5. Work with product engineers on yield analysis and other yield enhancement engineering activities to provide support to new product introduction and mass production；
6. Work closely with internal groups and foundry partners on productivity improvement and cost reduction activities such as test time reduction and multi-site development & implementation。

为CP/FT/特性测试制定测试计划；
准备测试方案，包括测试硬件设计、测试pattern准备、测试方法构建或改进等；
与测试设备供应商/测试厂紧密沟通,及时解决测试开发和量产测试过程中出现的相关问题；
分析测试结果，并与内部研发同事合作编写特征测试报告；
与产品工程师合作进行测试良率提升，以及工程转量产相关工作准备；
与内部团队以及供应商密切合作，积极进行测试效率优化和降低成本的活动，如减少测试时间和多site并测。

任职资格：

1. Bachelor or above；
2. Experience in ASIC/DSP/MCU test required；
3. Familiarity with test development for RF transceiver, PLL, ADC, DAC, etc.；
4. Familiarity with test theory of digital and analog circuit；
5. Experience with ATE testers such as, 93k,3380P, S100,Teradyne J750,etc.；
6. Excellent C/C++, Perl and UNIX shell script programming skills。

本科或以上学历；
有ASIC/DSP/MCU测试经验者优先；
熟悉RF收发器、PLL、ADC、DAC等的测试开发；
熟悉数字和模拟电路的测试理论；
有使用ATE测试仪的经验，如爱德万93k、Chroma 3380P、S100、泰瑞达J750等；
优秀的C/C++、Perl和UNIX shell脚本编程技能。
