工作职责：

1. 高效准确完成公司报表编制，及时与业务相关部门沟通解决过程中的特殊事项；
2. 有一定税务知识和经验，完成对接公司税务事项；
3. 组织集团境内外部交易对账、抵消工作，核查关联交易事项；
4. 及时跟进境会计准则更新变化，评估政策变动对公司报表的影响；
5. 熟悉境内上市公司报表编制要求，善于学习能够知晓并了解上市公司监管重点会计事项，重要节点时协助报表经理完成必要的紧急工作；
6. 熟悉预算编制及分析，完成预算编制季度对比分析等工作；
7. 并拥有独立的思维能力，及时高效的完成相应管理报表；
8. 完成上级领导交办的其他推进提升部门效率的专项工作。
1. Efficiently and accurately complete the preparation of company financial statements, and promptly communicate with relevant departments to resolve special issues encountered in the process;
2. Possess a certain level of tax knowledge and experience to handle the company's tax-related matters;
3. Organize the reconciliation and offset of the group's domestic external transactions, and verify related-party transactions;
4. Keep abreast of updates and changes in domestic accounting standards, and assess the impact of policy changes on the company's financial statements;
5. Be familiar with the preparation requirements for the financial statements of listed companies in China. Have a keenness for learning to understand and grasp the key accounting issues under the supervision of listed companies. Assist the Financial Reporting Manager in completing necessary urgent tasks during critical periods;
6. Be proficient in budget preparation and analysis, and complete quarterly comparative analysis of budget preparations;
7. Possess independent thinking abilities to timely and efficiently complete corresponding management reports;
8. Complete other special tasks assigned by superiors to improve departmental efficiency.

任职资格：

1. 本科或硕士学历、CPA资格、财务相关专业优先；
2. 四大或者上市公司工作经验或四大+甲方报表工作经验；
3. 熟练操作各种财务系统软件，办公软件；
4. 英文良好，能用英文处理日常相关工作；
5. 有良好的学习能力和理解能力，对工作充满热情；
6. 有较强的沟通、协调应变能力，有责任心；
7. 乐观向上且吃苦耐劳能承担一定的工作压力。
1. At least Bachelor's degree, CPA qualification, and a background in finance or related majors is preferred;
2. Experience working in one of the Big Four accounting firms or a listed company, or a combination of experience in the Big Four and as a reporting specialist for clients;
3. Proficient in operating various financial system software and office software;
4. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, capable of using English as the daily working language;
5. Strong learning ability and comprehension skills, passionate about work;
6. Excellent communication, coordination, and adaptability skills, with a strong sense of responsibility;
7. Optimistic, resilient, and able to work under pressure, willing to take on challenges.
